1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 957 ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any services provided by 957, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out herein.

This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. 957 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account found not meeting this minimum age requirement. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 957 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 957 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 957 support team immediately at [email protected].

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 957 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources. 957 does not accept deposits or withdrawals through third parties — all transactions must be made directly through the account registered under the user's own name.

Accepted payment methods include Malaysian local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as domestic bank transfers via FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to account type and are subject to change from time to time. The latest limits will be displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the selected withdrawal method. 957 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for identity verification or security investigation purposes. Should a withdrawal be unable to be processed, the funds will be returned to the user's account balance. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

957 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and 957 makes no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any outstanding balance may be subject to review before any payment is made. 957 reserves the right to hold funds for investigation purposes until the relevant process is concluded.
